Safety
- Sparklers and personal fireworks are not permitted.
- No alcohol may be brought on-site (licensed bar available for over 18s).
- No open bottles allowed.
- Bag searches will take place – only bring a bag if necessary.
- Please follow marshal, security, and police instructions at all times.
- Remain behind safety barriers.
Travel & Parking
No on-site parking. Please walk or use public transport where possible.
If you must drive, use our FREE parking at Poynton Civic Centre (next to Waitrose) and walk to the site.
Surrounding roads are restricted – parking enforcement will be in place.

Tickets
- Advance tickets only – no sales at the gate.
- When we’re sold out, capacity is reached – no more tickets will be available.
- Buying early speeds up your entry at the gate.
Arrival & Timing
Gates open at 5:30pm. The first fireworks display is at 7:00pm. Please arrive early to avoid queues and have your ticket ready.
Clothing & Footwear
It’s November in Poynton Park – wrap up warm! Coats, gloves, hats, and sturdy boots are recommended as the ground may be muddy.
Torches
Some areas of the site are darker – a torch can be useful.
Young Children
Please keep children close – it’s busy and dark. Lost children will be taken to the First Aid tent near the bar and music stage.
Facilities
- Toilets: Plenty available on-site.
- Food & Drink: Wide choice of food vendors. Alcohol available at the Round Table bar (over 18s only).
- Dogs: Please do not bring dogs – the site is busy, noisy, and not suitable.
Payments
- No cash-points on-site.
- Bar: Card & mobile payments only.
- Food & fairground stalls: Payment methods vary (some may accept cash, others card/mobile).
- No cheques accepted.
